Delete Your Account — AstroSamay

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will erase your profile, birth details, Kundli charts, chat history, and all other personal data within 7 days.

How to Delete Your Account

In the App — Recommended

Open AstroSamay → Go to the Profile tab → Tap Delete My Account → Confirm deletion in the dialog. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Email Request

Send an email to privacy@astrosamay.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 days and confirm via reply.

What Gets Deleted

Your account credentials and Google sign-in link
Name, email address, and profile information
Date, time, and place of birth
Current location data
All generated Kundli (birth charts) and divisional charts
Horoscope predictions and Panchang cache linked to your account
Pandit Ji chat history
Push notification token (FCM token)
Language and app preferences
Premium subscription status

Some anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data (e.g. aggregate usage counts) may be retained for service improvement. This data cannot be linked back to you in any way.

Data Retention After Deletion

All personal data is permanently erased within 7 days of your deletion request. If you submitted via email, you will receive a confirmation reply when the deletion is complete.
